Ortiz of Fresno and Melissa Ortiz of Fresno; his parents, Bobby Ramirez and Mary Ramirez of Del Rey; and his siblings, Timothy Ramirez of Sanger, Jeffery Ramirez of Del Rey, Virginia Trevino of Del Rey and Stephanie Ramirez of Del Rey. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
