She is survived by: her children, Mark Lewis, Kathy Medina (Glenn Medina), Steve Lewis (Rebekah Lewis) and Sherilyn Bamford (Todd Bamford); and her brother Rick Block. She is also survived by several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
