He is survived by: his wife Delores Mendoza; his parents, Rafael Delgado and Angie Delgado; his children, Benny Mendoza III, Daniel Mendoza, Tommy Puentes, Matilda Coronado, Angel Puentes and Anthony Puentes; and his siblings, Donna Ulloa, Eva Mendoza, Angie Mendoza, Gina Mendoza, Rafaela Mendoza, Daniel Mendoza, David Mendoza and Juan Mendoza. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
