He is survived by: his former spouse Lupe Medina; his children, Arthur, Richard and Trudy; his wife Sherry Curnutt Scarbrough; his children, Sidney, Carley, Marshall and Alan; and his siblings, Patricia, Loretta, Mariela, Becky, James, Joey, Alex and Eddie. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
