It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Allen (Fresno, California), who passed away on January 21, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Arlene Allen to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Patricia Hines and Charles B Hines Jr.; and her brother Charles Hines (Buddo). She is survived by: her husband Gary Allen; her daughter Amanda Mojabi (Allen); her son-in-law Pouria; and her grandchildren, Amelia Mae and Emmaline Rose.
