It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anita J Chiames (Fresno, California), who passed away on September 18, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Given the current pandemic conditions, the family will donate to the Poverello House hunger and nutrition program, a favorite charity of Anita's, rather than host the traditional makaria luncheon celebration. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Peter Serbian Orthodox Church or St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Fresno.
