He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John William and Laura Alex Samarin (Dalgoff); his wife Lynda Shubin; his children, Mark (Nadia), Andrew (Rebekah), MaryAnn (Christopher) and Alison; his grandchildren, Matthew, Bethany, Nathanael, Alec, Alex, James and Melania; and his brothers, Bill of Los Angeles and John of Fresno. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as friends.
