She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Jayne; and her daughter Baby Jayne. She is survived by: her children, Jeannette Jayne, David Jayne (Carol Williamson), Roxann Campos (Mike Campos) and Jenny Jayne (Jeff Church); her brother Don Kozlowski; and her grandchildren, Michelle Walwrath, Neil Campos, Mason Campos, Matt Jayne and April Jayne. She is also survived by great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
