She was predeceased by: her parents, Paz Pichardo and Angie Pichardo; and her brother Larry. She is survived by: her sons, Kent Pichardo, Joshua Hickman and Shane. She is also survived by her daughters-in-law, her five grandchildren and her great-grandson.
In -lieu of flowers, her sons are asking for monetary donations so that they may be forwarded to an organization that Ackaisha supported.
