He is survived by: his children, Joseph James Villalobos of French Camp, John Frank Villalobos (Sylvia) of Riverside, Julia Arredondo (Gilbert) of Elk Grove and Jeanette Villalobos Tober (Rodney) of Lathrop, California.. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and a larger extended family.
