She was predeceased by: her parents, Sashi Bhusan and Guno Manjari Beverta. She is survived by: her husband Nabeen Chandra Nayak; her daughters, Madhulekha Das and Madhabika Nayak; and her grandchild Ishani Das.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Garden Chapel Berge Pappas Smith Chapel of the Angels (40842 Fremont Blvd, Fremont, CA 94538). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:45 PM at the same location.
