He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Brown and Mildred Leimbach Brown; and his wife Judy (Sellmeyer). He is survived by: his children, David Erik Brown and Leslie Nicole Brown; his granddaughter Devan Lynnette Brown; his great grandchild Casen Lee Brown; and his siblings, Larry Brown, Bill Brown, Marilyn Grant, Carol McKelvey and Barbara Weber. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Lung Association or Boy Scouts of America in Roger's memory.
