He is survived by: his wife RoseMarie Mendoza; his children, Diana Antolin, Teresa Portillo, Susan Portillo, Angela Thayer, Gregory Portillo and Vincent Portillo; and his sister Rebecca A. Wilder. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
