He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Wilkes and Gladys Carson. He is survived by: his wife Mary. He is also survived by brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Irvington Cemetery (41001 Chapel Way, Fremont, CA 94538).
Jesse and Herschel were bowling buddies, and even while struggling with Parkinson's Disease and Lewy Body Dementia, Herschel could still bowl a winning streak.
