With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerard S. Regnier of Fremont, California, born in Nuits Saint Georges, Bourgogne, who passed away on July 23, 2022 at the age of 78. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Brismee and Fernande Regnier Bennett; his half-sister Nadine Brismee; his granddaughter Jessica Regnier; and his former wife Annette Findlay Regnier.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Regnier (Pope) of Fremont; his half-sister Betty Staudt (Werner) of Germany; his children, Gerard Regnier II (Brenda), Paul Regnier and Tiffany Cavanaugh; and his stepchildren, Robert Marda, Elisabeth (Lia), Hyde (Tony), Karen Pittman (James), Jennifer Harris (Barry), Jonathan Marda (Bridgette) and Melissa Malmgren (Michael). He is also survived by 30 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
