She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jose Angel Zapata and Ines Martinez; her husband Arturo Salas; her son Jose Alberto Salas; her great grandchild Bianca Iliana Youngs; her children, Idalia Cruz, Norma Salas Ortiz, Maria Inez Salas Vasquez (Luis Vazquez), Araseli Salas (Angel Berumen) and Arturo Salas (Susie Salas); her daughter-in-law Maria Luisa Salas; and her siblings, Octaviana Serriteno, Fernando Garcia, Juanita Reyes and Carmen Rangel. She was also cherished by 24 grand children and 28 great grandchildren.
