He was predeceased by: his friend Katie Hoeber. He is survived by: his friend Jonathan Taylor; his parents, Jeff Wall and Susan Wall; his sister Julie; his brother-in-law John Thornton; his nephew Tom Thornton; his uncle Tom; and his aunt Karla Preston.
