He is survived by: his wife Sheri Nakano; his children, Liane Daye (Anthony), Dana Nakano and Blaire Burkitt (Bobby); his grandsons, Tyson, Dominic Daye, Robert "Tre" and Nicholas Burkitt; his mother Etsuko Nakano; and his siblings, Arleen Miya, David (Lori), Patsy and Mark Nakano (Julie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
