He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Greene and Sheila Dawn Tracy; his brothers, Jack Bush (Natalie) and Lance Fabian (Melissa); his nephews, Maverick and Leo; his godparents, Daphne Martin and David Hiroshige; his cousins, Kellie Meek, Cody and Fabian; and also Hart and Helm families. He is also survived by aunts, uncles.
