She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Rabourn and Agnes Rabourn; her husband Frank Frey; her children, Russell Frey, Nora Wrede, Linda Frey and Rhonda Nelson-Stillwell; and her grandchildren, Rachel Wrede, James Wrede, Shayne Wrede, Shastie Wrede-Casey, Aaron Ellingwood, Kymberlee Nelson, Ryan Nelson, Kerstin Moman and Rachelle Frey. She was also cherished by her nine great grandchildren.
