She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas David Cooney and Mary Lucia Cooney; her siblings, Thomas D. Cooney and Cathy M. Grisdale; her former husband Noel C. Frazer; and her children, Scott T. Frazer and Juliana M. Frazer.
