She is survived by: her significant other Tim; her mother Wanda Fulkerson; her close friend Tim Kane; her son Rick Mollett (Marcia); her brothers, Michael Kamalakis, Stanley Fulkerson and Chris Fulkerson; her grandchildren, Ricky (Kylara) and Kristyna Mollett; her great grandchildren, Kenzie, Carter and Austin Mollett; and her close friend Fay Summers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
