She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Collins and Dode Collins; and her brothers, Jim and Gene Collins. She is survived by: her husband Ron Smith; and her children, Peri Ortiz (Carlos), Andy Smith (Tammy) and Sandi Cook (David). She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren and spouses, and 5 great-grandchildren.
