She is survived by: her children, Alan (Tricia), Brian (Naomi) and Suzanne (Erik); her grandchildren, Kyle, Ryan (Madison), Kalyn (Eric), Erika and Zach; her great grandchild Adalyn; her brothers, Peter (Linda) and William (Ruth); her sister-in-law Joan; and her husband Michael. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Donations in Pat's memory may be made to Project Purr in Santa Cruz, St Jude Children's Research Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
