He is survived by: his children, Thomas A. Powell (Susie), Randall J. Powell and Kimberly R. Powell; his grandchildren, Paige, Cori and Shane; and his brothers, Earl L. Powell and Ervan Hickmen. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and friends.
