He is survived by: his pet Bonsai; his siblings, Beverly Bush and Frank Bush (Linda); his nieces and nephews, Megan Walsh, Michelle Bush, Richard Malone, Rob Bush and Danny Bush; and his great-niece Abbie Grimm.
