With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence Yarnell Morehead (Folsom, California), born in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, who passed away on August 20, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Doctor Connor Morehead and Bernice Shaver Morehead; his siblings, Sara Jo Gibbs and Ralph Morehead; and his son Brian Morehead.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Lynn Applen (Steven) and Bruce Morehead; his grandchildren, Bryan Ferguson (Monica), Kylee Doyle (Tony), Elisabeth Sood (Karan), Laurence Applen, Rose Applen, Jacob Applen, Clark Morehead, Max Morehead and Ryan Morehead; and his great grandchild Corbett Ferguson. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
