He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank D'Amico and Elaine D'Amico. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Page (Jon), Lisa Rodriguez (Luis) and Frank D'Amico; his grandchildren, Audrey, Austin Page, Mia, Sophia and Elias Rodriguez; and his siblings, Ralph D'Amico (Joan), Frances D'Amico, Nancy Buchanan (Hank), James D'Amico (Teresa), William "Bill" (Lisa) and Lar (Jackie). He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
