He was predeceased by: his parent Dave Ammerman; and his brother William. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Marie Ammerman; his daughter Myla Rose Ammerman; his mother Donna; his sister Dea Anne Kirschman; his children, Hannah, Cade and Olivia; his brother Benjamin D. Ammerman; his children, Luke and Caitlin; his stepfather Robert G. Holderness; his siblings, Patrick, Tim, Caitlin and Katie; and also Amanda.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to a local organization that supported the growth of their family, Chicks in Crisis.
