He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur M. Boardman and Catherine R. Boardman (Rooney); and his great-niece Jemma Callista Edwards. He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia Boardman, Karen Boardman of Anaheim, CA and Kristine King (Brad) of Post Falls; and his aunts, Thelma Simon and Betty Boardman. He is also survived by 5 nieces, 2 nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Columbkille's Catholic Church (1240 Rush St, Dubuque, IA 52003). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
