She was predeceased by: her father John Alvary; and her siblings, Geraldine Alvary and Tony Alvary. She is survived by: her grandson Charlie; her husband Mike Horn; her children, Ryan Horn, Eryn Horn and Charles; her son-in-law Baby Charlie; her mother Jenny Alvary (Rafael Lara); her parents-in-law, Marla and Larry DeSha; her siblings, Christina Alvary, Leticia Alvary, Robert, George, Juan (Poncho) and Jesse Alvary; and her sister-in-law Heidi Glass. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
