He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Viola Riesgo Garnica; his parents, Luis Garnica and Catalina Soto Garnica; his brother George Garnica; his daughter Debra (Louth); his grandchildren, Megan Louth (Kullback), Louis and Viola; his cousin Rosie (Richard Gallardo); his sister Katie Ramirez of Fillmore; his sister-in-law Eleanor Vargas of Fillmore; his daughters, Catherine Garnica (Garnica) of Fillmore and Luanne (Schaper); his sons-in-law, John Schaper (Debra) of Simi Valley and Kevin Louth of Fillmore; his grandchildren, William Louis Schaper (Sarah) of Brooklyn, NYC, Marie Schaper Zanderson (Sean) of Encinitas, Karen Louth Churchill (Ross) of Valencia, James Thomas Schaper (Allison) of Ventura and Megan Louth Kullback (Kevin) of Saugus; and his great grandchild Kooper Louis Kullback. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, godsons and goddaughters and friends.
