She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Wheat and Della Wheat; her husband Clyde McFarland; her son Paul Roy; and her siblings, Raymond, Jack Wheat, Margurite Williams, Virginia Birdwell and Bennie Jo Sledge.
She is survived by: her sons, DeWayne (Karen) of Bloomfield and Perry (Eva) of Las Cruces. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, along with nieces, nephews, a host of cousins and friends.
