He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Finley and Bernice Finley; his brother Gene Finley; and his grandparents, Eugene and Ella Finley.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Finley; his daughters, Deborah Manning of Denver and Denise Thompson of Albuquerque; his granddaughters, Kimberly Moran (Troy) of Denver and Jennifer Guerrero of Denver; and his great grandchildren, Jacob and Taryn Moran of Denver, Colorado..
