He is survived by: his wife Edna L Fowler; his children, Leo R Jr. (Gina), Kim (Doreen), Ron and Gary (Jodie); his grandchildren, Dustin, Staci, Jessica and Jared; his brother Eugene (Lahoma); and his sister-in-law Evelyn.
