He is survived by: his significant other Ada LaBeef; his children, Joseph De La Cruz, Danielle De La Cruz, Melissa Marquez and Robert Marquez Jr.; his father Rodolfo Marquez Sr.; his siblings, Evelyn Marquez, Monica Marquez, Randy Marquez (Trisha), Rudy Marquez Jr. and Ruben Marquez; and his granddaughter Kassandra LaBeef.
