She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Patton and Ethel Brown Patton; her husband Sgt. Major Don Garcia; and her siblings, Nathaniel Patton, Herman Patton, Dorothy Patton, Linda Sue Patton and Hilda Ellis.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Anthony Garcia (Daria) of Fallbrook, CA and Timothy William Garcia of Ashville, NC; her grandchildren, Michael, Marina and Marissa; and her siblings, Rev. Paul Patton (Carol) of Columbia, KY, Helen Meredith (Marvin) of Kingsport, TN, Shirley Hansford (late William) of Liberty, KY and Wanda Frederick (Gary) of Cincinnati, OH. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
