He was predeceased by: his parents, Annabelle O'Brien and Patrick James O'Brien; and his sister Patsy Jo Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Anna Hengst; and his children, Kathy Furin (Mark), Linda O'Brien, Kerry Fulton (Brett), Casey O'Brien (Debbie), Sean O'Brien (Marci), Cathy (Tony) and Freitas.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (621 S Stage Coach Ln, Fallbrook, CA 92028).
