He is survived by: his wife Maria Frederica Van Dooremolen; his children, Anthony, Annalisa, Durk and Jennifer; his grandchildren, Micheal, Nicholas, Christopher, Grant, Gavin and Monique; and his great grandchild Camryn Jolie.
