It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald William Higbee (Fallbrook, California), who passed away on July 31, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Higbee and Nannie Higbee (Driver); his son Carter; his siblings, Jim, Christine, Lorraine, Opal and Faleta; and his friends, Louie Parker and Bob Kruis.
He is survived by: his wife Joan M. Diamond; his children, Bradley Higbee (Sharon), Ariz, Phillip Higbee (Nancy) of Mission Viejo, Lisa Boylan (Greg) of Fallbrook and Calif; his daughter-in-law Angel Higbee of Beaverton; and his grandson Donovan. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
