He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bettina Brown (Turney) and Arthur Brown M. D. of Washington; his wife Sandy Brown; his daughter Emily Brown; his stepson Scott Kasper; his daughter-in-law Jessica Kasper; his grandchildren, Charles Kasper and Kayleen Kasper; and his siblings, Nancy Bushard (Phil), Steve Brown (Andrea), Debi Pruitt and Mike Brown. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
