With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alan G. Shirkey of Fallbrook, California, who passed away on December 30, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Alan may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his brother Dean Shirkey; and his parents, Clarence Hampton Shirkey and Minna "Minnie" Bertha Mathilde Shirkey. He is survived by: his daughter Angela (Angel) Klock; his wife Betsy; and his children, Aaron, Jacob, Sarah, Margaret and Daniel. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
