He is survived by: his children, Leilani Locke, Philip Hendricks Jr. (Alison), Vicki Bomar (Lee), Mitchell Kido (Tracy) and Lesley Charron (Mike); his grandchildren, Samantha (Chris), Kelsey, Corry (Bethany), Jennifer, Laura, Anthony and Andrea; and his great grandchildren, Elliana, Dayne, Noah, Luca and June.
