He was predeceased by: his parents, AC Stuart and Verna Lee Stuart (Johnson); and his siblings, Emma Jean and Augustus Bartholomew (Gus). He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Janae Stuart; his wife Shirley Stuart; his granddaughter Adriana Stuart (Jamaul Whitfield); and his great grandchildren, Aaliyah Rose Whitfield, Xavier Dominic Whitfield and Amias Carter.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Bryan-Braker Funeral Home (1850 W Texas St, Fairfield, CA 94533). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rolling Hills Memorial Park (4100 Hilltop Dr, Richmond, CA 94803). A reception was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Bryan-Braker Funeral Home (1850 W Texas St, Fairfield, CA 94533).
