We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2018, at the age of 85, Joseph Lorenzo Freitas Jr. (Fairfield, California), born in Saint Helena, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Lorenzo, Sr. and Lela Freitas (Gillespie) of Fairfield, CA; his brother William Henry Freitas (Billy); his wife Donna LaVon Freitas (Nunn); his children, Richard Freitas (Lori), Melody Malmgren and Susan Moylan (Sean); and his grandchildren, Calvin Freitas (Rebekah), Jesse Freitas (Hannah), Isaac Freitas (Tresena), RheaAnne Malmgren and Mandy Malmgren.

Celebration of Joe's life will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 12, at West Valley Baptist Church, 18045 County Road 95, Woodland.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to West Valley Baptist Church, Woodland, or the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).
