He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Neitzel and Vera Neitzel; and his brother Frank Neitzel. He is survived by: his significant other Linda; his children, Lewis Neitzel (Brenda), Kevin Carpenter (Deanna), Cindy Beardsley (Chris) and Lori Boehmon (Marty); and his brother Charles Rogers.
