He was predeceased by : his parents, Zeta Blackford and Walter Blackford; and his wife Araceli Blackford. He is survived by : his children, Mercel Blackford, Michele Blackford-Groves, Eddie Blackford and Jeffrey Blackford; and his siblings, Ginger Lewis, Kandy and Terry. He is also survived by many other grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
