She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Cortijo and Gertrude Cortijo (Montero); her former husband Philip Scanlon; her daughters, Diane Ferguson and Donna Pace; and her brothers, Joe and Frank Cortijo.
She is survived by: her daughter Dayna Quinonez (Adrian) of Fairfield; her son-in-law Jeffrey Ferguson of Fairfield; her grandchildren, Thomas Pace of Vacaville, Joshua Pace of Batesville, Arkansas, Rachel Quinonez of Portage Michigan and Julian Quinonez (Bana) of Sacramento; and her great grandchild Arabella Pace of Vacaville.
