He was predeceased by: his parents, Heinrich Tullmann and Alma Tullmann (Janke). He is survived by: his wife Helga Tullmann (Belling); his daughter Christina; his son-in-law Richard Taliaferro of Fairfield; his daughter Stephanie; his son-in-law Ian Derammelaere of Rohnert Park; his brother Sigmar; his sister-in-law Linda Tullmann of Concord; his nephews, Patrick and Christopher Tullmann; and his grandchildren, Alexis Taliaferro, Lucas Derammelaere, Markus Taliaferro, Elaina Taliaferro, Vanessa Derammelaere and Daniel Taliaferro. He is also survived by grandfather to his six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to one of the following causes that were meaningful to Erwin: • California State Parks : A cause dear to their hearts, as Erwin and Helga cherished hiking together in these beautiful landscapes. Wounded Warrior Project : A charity close to Erwin's heart, which he supported throughout his life.
