He was predeceased by: his parents, George Williams and Fannie Maude Williams; and his mother-in-law Myrtle McCall. He is survived by: his wife Virginia McCall; his sons, Dr. Randy Williams, II (Adree) and Rocky Williams (Faith); his grandchildren, Randy III, Miles, Fisher, Rose, Grace, Victoria, Rocky II and Evan; and his siblings, George, Gary, Ricky (Pam) and Sherry Williams.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to Pioneer Baptist Building fund.
